There’s an old bloke who would watch his shows on his phone at full volume throughout the day. Some time he’ll even play it as early as 3-4am in the morning. He does that on his balcony that faces my bedroom and I’ve lost count the number of times I’ve been woken up by it. It’s been 4 months and I’m at my wits end.

I’ve considered calling the non-emergency police line to report it, but felt like it’s might be a bit too dramatic for that. I have a log I downloaded off the noise complaint page from the City of Perth website. I’ve also been told that because he lives in a public housing building, I can take my complaints to them. But I don’t know how to go about it.

Any suggestions is much appreciated.
