I think almost all of my cookware has scratches on the nonstick surfaces - wok, frying pan, air fryer baskets. I keep using them anyway because every time I get a new one, scratches appear again almost immediately despite efforts to look after them. I know advice is generally to get new ones, but I’ve been fine so far.

Am I ok to keep using them? Do others use their scratched non-stick cookware?
