I'm deciding between the Jebao SCP-120M ($115), Maxspect JUMP MJ-GF316 ($179), and the Icecap 4k ($129). My understanding is that Maxspect is the highest quality, with the one from Icecap being an older design of Maxspect, and Jebao being the budget option.

My main concern is noise. Is there a noticeable difference in the noise levels of these gyres, or are they pretty similar?

I'm applying for post-bacc positions, and under required materials it says

• "Personal statement of interest (not to exceed one page)"

Am I wrong to assume that a personal statement of interest is the same as a cover letter? I'm following the advice of posting each requirement/desired qualification as separate bullet points and writing how I meet them under each one.
