I need to get a spare, all the professional Locksmiths that do key fobs in my area cannot do 3rd gen’s bc of the change chevy made now requiring special software. Only Dealerships can do them, i’ve heard it’s 300-600 for one key fob. Has anyone experienced this and can give some feedback so i’m prepared Monday when I call them?
