I work for a start up company that's only been open for about 2 months, selling artificial turf and concrete stuff like dyes, stamps and tools.
We're posted on Facebook marketplace of the turf that we sell and that has worked on getting some customers, sadly most are home owners which isn't too bad but we are hoping to get more landscapers that know how to install turf.
I know that selling artificial turf is a competitive market especially here in Arizona which is where we are located at.
The owner knows that as well. He has a successful business out in Texas and is trying his luck in Arizona, unfortunately he has sent his nephew (not me) who doesn't know anything about selling artificial turf.
All of our products are set to a competitive price which means that they are priced way lower compared to other companies bc we are so new.
I'm just an employee (their very first in Az) and ik I shouldn't concern myself with all of this but I think it would be good to know how to run a company just in case I even want to start my own someday.
