So guys I am a software engineer with 2.5 years of experience and nowadays I feel undervalued and under appreciated at work. People here are not giving me a worthy task just like before. Before I had a lot of work and I did like to do that. Nowadays there is very less work and feels like I am not doing or not being asked to do what I am an expert at. Feels like somehow i became unimportant than before.
I trained my fellow colleagues friends things that took me 4 years to learn in less than a year but nowadays they are also not taking me seriously. Now i am learning that whatever you do for others you won't get anything in return. There are a lot more things but wrapping up now as i get frustrated thinking about it. Any advice on what I should do now.
