Like Frisk's SAVE still works outside of the Underground.
Badeline still exist outside of Celeste Mountain.
this kinda bugging me that I see no one talks about this.
My theory is the whole Indie cross plot is all the games feature in the series have a bug and should be eliminate.
The drones try to do the job but things got worse.
Characters got out from their game, literal code, literal stat and number.
Which would explain how some power still works outside that area.
