Just a reminder that share dilution/FORM 425 posts are being shilled hard by hundreds of botted or stolen accounts posting 'no'. The share dilution was always on the cards for the eBay deal.
You think RK being hacked on the same night of the Form 425 being released is coincidence? They're trying to use a dual pronged attack to drop the price and convince us the deal is a bad thing and to sell.
They are absolutely fucked if Ryan aquires eBay and merges companies because they'll have to buy shares in the open market in the long run. Trust in Ryan and trust in the plan. There are thousands of shills now and they're trying to control the narrative from within our own forum. Stay strong and relax.
EDIT: Ryan knows the only way to create value and grow the share price organically is to acquire and grow. Real turnarounds and real profits. You cannot do that overnight. Lots of smooth brains saying they want their MOASS and payday. The US government colluded with hedgefunds to literally shutdown MOASS. It cannot be done easily and Ryan knows this...he is creative a long vision so we are all going to be rich one day but you have to have some fucking foresight. Hes already made GameStop profitable but knows it's risky with the current market - an acquisition is paramount.
