Journeyman looking to organize in
Journeyman plumber age 27. Been working at a open, mostly residential service shop for 6 years. Looking to ORGANIZE in to MD UA local 5. Serves DMV.
Anybody else here organize in from a not industrial/commercial/new construction background and have any advice?
Advice particularly about the process of joining, the transition to larger scale projects. All advice is welcome and if you want more info about my experience I'd be happy to answer
