I’m 18 in California and just got a medical marijuana recommendation (PDF, not the state card).

Can I just walk into a dispensary with my ID + the PDF and buy, or do some places require the physical card?

Also do they actually verify it or just look at it

Also when I look myself up on Medical Cannabis Patient Verification I come up approved so there is some record of me. I want to know if its all good sorry for asking dumb questions

Just trying to make sure I don’t walk in and look dumb lol
