I love ricotta. I can make it fresh and eat it with a spoon. What can I pair it with other than tomato sauce/pasta dishes??? Thanks in advance!
Edit: Wow, I am blown away by all of your suggestions! I don't have time to reply individually but I truly appreciate all the savory and sweet recommendations. Definitely have a ricotta cake, spinach pie, limoncello cheesecake, stuffed peppers, grilled zucchini etc etc etc to make!
