not gonna lie guys my pain is almost completely gone i barley took any pain pills today’s and i feel so good. checking in to see how everyone else’s journey is coming along

i’m a 22M who tore my left achilles 2 weeks ago as of friday, playing basketball. My surgery is friday i’m kinda nervous but excited. wondering if anyone 🍃 the day before their surgery and if they had complications? would also love to know ur alls recovery tips or anything, super excited for this journey to get back to playing basketball and just living normal
