Building the product has been easier than figuring out what to do next

One thing I didn't expect when I started building my SaaS was how much time I'd spend second-guessing myself.

Writing code is usually straightforward. If something is broken, you can find the problem and fix it. But deciding what deserves your attention next is a completely different story.

I'll spend an evening thinking about whether I should improve something that already exists, start something new, or just leave it alone and wait for more feedback. Sometimes I make a decision with very little information and just hope it turns out to be the right one.

The strange part is that the actual building often feels easier than the thinking.

I'm curious if other founders or developers have experienced this too.

What's a decision you've spent way too much time thinking about while building your SaaS?
