Applying June 2027 while taking final major req (Cell Bio) in the summer + taking a Gap Year. Am I good?

Hey everyone,
I'm currently a rising junior planning out my timeline for the 2027-2028 application cycle and wanted to make sure my plan for my final credits won't cause any issues with my application getting withheld or delayed.
Here is my situation:
Human Bio major at UT Austin
     3.98 Science GPA
Taking DAT this August (2026) so it will already be done and in the system.

I am on track to finish all my dental school prerequisites and walk the stage at my university's graduation ceremony in Spring 2027. However, I will technically have one single class left to officially graduate: Cell Biology (required for my major, but not a dental school prereq). I plan to take it during the Summer 2027 session so my degree confers in August 2027.

** **I want to submit my TMDSAS and AADSAS applications early June 2027 while I'm actively starting/taking Cell Bio. I am also taking a technically a Gap Year, so I wouldn't be matriculating into dental school until Fall 2028.

My question is: Will TMDSAS/AADSAS or the dental schools withhold/pause my application from being reviewed because that final major requirement is listed as "In-Progress" during the summer? Or will they verify me normally based on my first 3 years of transcripts, let me do an Academic Update in August, and review me with the first wave?
Has anyone else done this? Any advice is appreciated!
