Hi everyone! As the title states, I'm looking for thoughts, opinions, experiences, etc regarding rashes. For years I've noticed I occasionally get these pink spots on my feet. The photo is an example of the rash on the inner side of my foot, above the arch. They typically appear randomly throughout both my feet, but not really on the bottom.

Initially I thought it was a reaction to my socks or shoes but still get the rashes despite changing the type of socks & shoes I wear. Then I thought it was a heat rash from shoes & socks, but started developing it on my shin too.

They are slightly painful/sensitive for a couple of days, are warm, and are flat (not raised as all). They mostly last a few days to a week, but the shin ones can last longer.

My brother believes they are due to flare ups, my rheumatologist isn't quite convinced. I'm very aware of the sun rashes we can get, it's definitely not that. Have any of you experienced the same thing or something similar?
