Been taking care of a lone feral cat in the parking lot behind my work, but my company shutting down in two months. Wondering what I should do.

In a separate, largely unused parking lot behind my company there has been a lone cat that has been noticed by people here for the last 5-6 months. She is very shy and skittish and most people, including myself, could only see her briefly from a distance before she ran off. About two months ago I thought I'd give a try leaving food out for her, would check back later to see food was gone, so started a process of feeding her consistently. Over the last month she has slowly become more comfortable with coming out when I'm around, and now knows to be waiting at her feeding spot at 8am and 4pm sharp for her meals. When she used to sprint away as soon as she caught sight of someone, now she is eating food within 7-8 feet of where I sit while I watch and talk to her during feeding times.

I would say she had definitely been surviving and not thriving before I started giving her food. The first few times I got somewhat close enough to get a good look at her I could tell she looked a little rough, was skinny and coat didn't look that good. Over the last month she has put on a little weight, her coat looks better and her face and eyes seem healthier.

The issue coming up is that in two months my company is shutting down and the building and area will be deserted by people for the foreseeable future. I know she can survive on her own in the area, but feel bad knowing that she is finally looking healthy and assume she will go back to being underweight and looking rough. While I'm glad she is showing up consistently for her meal times, I worry that once that stops she may have trouble going back to fending on her own, I don't know if becoming too dependent is an issue for stray/feral cats?

Should I just keep feeding her twice a day as I'm doing until the company shuts down and just hope for the best for her? Should I try giving her less food or only feed once so that she still has to hunt/scavenge for other food to prepare when I'm not around? Should I increase bonding time to try to get her comfortable enough where I can try to capture her before the end?

Any advice or helpful words would be appreciated!
