Hey! So, as the title says... I am looking for any help/info if anyone has dealt with them?

My business grew exponentially last year, and I’m at the point where I need to start building out my marketing team with quality people or I’m going to burn out.

Someone recommended Right Side Up for marketing hires. I’ve used Upwork to hire a VA in my previous business, but I don’t love the marketplace model. Has anyone used Right Side Up? What are your thoughts? What’s the process like? Is it worth the extra time and money or should I keep trying to find good people on Upwork??
