Have been searching but can’t find my answer.

My psychiatrist dignosed me with PTSD and sent my paperwork to primary DR at the va. When I look on the va.gov website under clinical notes I can see that my doctor added them but they don’t display the pages they scanned just that they were scanned.

My question is can the examiner see those pages that I can’t for the notes they sent? Or should I go get a copy of the clinical notes from psychiatrist and then manually add them to the claim?
