Tips on how to ACTUALLY stop doomscrolling??
Like, fr, I don't want any of those "✨limit your time for doomscrolling with [insert app] ✨" 1- Is this an ad broski? 2- I WILL REMOVE THAT DAMN APP FROM MY PHONE THE SECOND IT STARTS ANNOYING ME. So PLEAAASEE, give me your honest, actual advice to stop doomscrolling (that works no matter the hour bc I can't do anything and everything at 1 am but that's when I find myself doomscrolling TvT)
