I do not understand why you ask for my feedback if your response is always a generic, copy-pasted message. You have not refunded my walking points, nor have you processed the credit disbursement that you were supposed to issue—just like you successfully did the first time.

Furthermore, telling me to fill out a new form is completely unhelpful. Doing so with my actual location data would be fraudulent based on your own policy, which makes your solution contradictory. I am attaching the previous review and response for your reference. I expect a real solution, not another automated template.
