Recently have had multiple of this type of bug in my house. It’s hard to see in the picture but it has a blue shein to it. North Texas (DFW area). Does not sting (that I’m aware of) but it scares the living the heck out of my wife.

I’m not sure what or where they are coming from. My best guess is there is a nest in my attic and coming from the light fixtures. They are mainly being found in one bedroom. Every now and then I’ll see one in my living room or office but I believe that they escaped from the bedroom. I keep that door close as it’s just my wife and I and we don’t use our guest bedrooms.
