DIM: Turning a condo unit into an Airbnb in Fairview, Q.C
I own a condo near La Mesa Ecopark and have been considering putting it on Airbnb.
Just wanted to hear from people who are already hosting, especially around Fairview. How are your occupancy rates? Any issues with guests, building management, or maintenance? Is it still profitable these days?
Would also appreciate hearing from Airbnb condo hosts in general, even if you're from a different area. Trying to figure out if it's worth pursuing or if there are things I'm overlooking.
