When you are in a cutting phase, do you take into account your cal burn from running?

I am accustomed to just ignoring my active calories burned, but that was back when I was only running and not lifting a few days a week also. For reference, I am 195lbs now and would like to drop about 10lbs.

I am not running massive volume, I am doing 4 runs per week; with about 3.5-4 hours total running; slowly ramping up to 5 hours total. One longish run on Saturday, one easy run, and 2 interval workouts per week.

My planned cut is from about 2700 cals/day to 2200 cals/day.
