I have been sent to a dealership to figure out our CDJR store and understand how to make improvements. I would like to first start off by saying that wiAdvisor sucks. With my opinion out of the way, I was told that wiAdvisor is required for the sales department and technicians by the managers here. Sales needs it to do a confirmation check on the status of the vehicle before sale and technicians need it to complete warranty and recall claims. I came from a Ford store and a Kia store, which I know Kia has a similar inhouse product, but both manufacturers don't require you to pay $4k a month for some 3rd party stuff ( we aren't going to mention Ford's RedCap..).
