Hi! I’ll be moving to Melbourne this August and signed a one year lease for a studio apartment in Local: Kensington. Given its relatively new building little information can be found online. The facility and the room seemed nice and the noice from the construction site around is ok for me.

Is there any other downside of living there? And also is the area safe? Thanks in advance!
