Hey all, I’ve ordered a ring through an Indian vendor, they’re saying that to get the ring through Indian customs quickly they will declare the ring at a cheaper price than what we have paid so it doesn’t get stuck in customs for a long time. We’re just wondering is this a common problem with Indian customs or is this company just trying to save money on tariffs and tax issues trying to cut costs?? We want them to list it as valued but they have claimed in doing so will make it take a long time to get delivered.

Hello, I’m from the UK currently living in Korea with my girlfriend. We’re planning on getting married soon and so my current H1 visa will be swapped out for an F6. I called immigration today and they said I can’t swap visas like this while in Korea. My main question is, would I have to go all the way back to the UK to apply for this visa or could I go to a much closer and cheaper country and make the application from there at an embassy??
