All unread texts/voicemails get marked as read after we send out a mass email campaign
In GHL, when you send any email to a contact (even an email as part of a mass campaign that goes to your entire list) that email is counted as an outbound conversation and thus if that contact currently has any unread messages (such as texts, voicemails) it marks them as read.
This is extremely problematic, as it means we end up missing voicemails or SMS messages that are currently sitting in our unread folder - as soon as we send the mass EDM, it marks them all as read because it's seeing the supposedly outgoing message we've sent to those contacts.
Does anyone have a workaround to this?
