Hey. I've been diagnosed with FAI in both hips, the symptoms mainly in my left groin. Lately driving a car is nearly impossible for me. It causes me a huge flare up. I have old car, a 2006 chevrolet lacetti manual, so changing gears is the worst for me. I'm 6'3, tried to put the seat all the way back, the highest I could be, nearly laying down because it's the best position for me, but it's still difficult to drive, even for 30 minutes. Anybody got any tips? FYI - can't change the car rigth now.
