This is my first time renewing.

I got a rate I’m happy with and agreed with my bank rep to move forward.

He sent the documents, with an incorrect amount for the principal, in my favour by a significant amount. It’s about 10% lower than what is should be.

I signed and he signed and it’s submitted.
Thoughts? Will this come back on me or did the gods smile upon me today?

I received an email to my personal address from a sender from their Gmail address saying that I and others were chosen as a specialized group and to sign up via a provided link, which appears to be a referral link. My address and the address of others are not in blind copy.

This seems very wrong as though someone is misrepresenting themselves as Mercor to fish for referral!cash. Am I interpreting this correctly? Should i contact Mercor to report this nuisance? Other thoughts?
