Should i give retake and join university in January or just go now to salim habib university study 2 semester give a retake in mayjune and then transfer ny credits here? Help me out

Admission grades
I got CDD grades in a levels i submitted the result they told me to sign an undertaking that you will retake the exam mai meet the criteria submit the result in january so that my first semester starts in January(BS comp sci) so is there any chance that they might accept me in these grades because i was too close and i got some financial issues so i cant pay a retake fees for now
