Controller doesn't work under heavy load on Konkr Pocket Fit
So, I had some issues with my Konkr pocket fit; I had to send it back to Ayaneo to get them fixed. I got the pocket fit back, and I found a very odd thing: when the system is under heavy load from switch emulation, or pc emulation, or in this case also Minecraft Pocket Edition, the controls stop responding. I think this was also an issue with my pocket fit before I sent it back to Ayaneo, but I never got to test it fully back then. I am currently talking with support, this is what I sent them:
I have found a problem with the konkr pocket fit again. It seems that when I put a lot of load on the system, like running Minecraft on ultra settings, the controls stop working for a bit. If I lower the load, then it goes back to normal, but with full load, the controller disconnects, reconnects, disconnects, and reconnects many many times. This is more apparent in gamehub and where I originally found the issue, because the notification shows up that the controller disconnected. However, to make sure this is not an emulation problem, I tried with Minecraft running from the Play Store, same thing. I will attach both videos. In minecraft, I am trying to fly up, as you can see the GPU is at 99% usage and I stop going up even though I am still pressing the button, sometimes whatever I was pressing before gets stuck in that position for example, if I moved the thumbstick to the right and the controller disconnects, the thumbstick will stay moved to the right in the game until the controller reconnects.
I can't upload a video on this subreddit so here is the drive link for the both videos:

I did try all of the profiles like balanced, gaming, max (with locked gpu speed). I also tried both ayaneo gamepad mode and xbox mode. Waiting on a response from support so any help would be nice. Test #2: with a lighter load, the problem doesn't completely go away, its just a lot less frequent, so it'll disconnect like every 5 or 10 minutes and only for a second.
