I believe I have PN, but one symptom I have that has been stressing me out and causing me immense distress is sensitivity to touch on my penis, especially at the tip. Is this a common symptom of pudendal neuralgia? When I walk, sometimes I feel discomfort as my tip rub on my underwear and it feels awful. Or when and get up to stand or sit. When I rub my tip, that's when it really really hurts. When my PN first started I felt pain, but not necessarily sensitivity to touch and rubbing so I was alarmed when I first felt this. I just wanted to know if this is a symptom of PN, and what to do about this. Thank you.
