I’ll be working in hospitality as a P&C Manager, my first official role in HR. I’ve always wanted to work in the field, and while I would manage some employee relations in my previous job, my supervisor(s) said there wouldn’t be an opportunity to grow within HR there. Anyone here have a similar role? Advice is welcome! I want to make a great impression, and hospitality is new to me
