My skin been looking very tired and dull recently!
Does anyone else go through phases where your skin isn’t breaking out, irritated or doing anything dramatic, but it just looks tired in a way you can’t really explain? I feel like after 40, the small things show up faster less sleep, stress, not drinking enough water, maybe even just a change in weather. I don’t want to panic and start adding strong products because that usually makes things worse. What’s your go-to when your skin looks a little dull or less like itself?
