I’ll have a good setup, take the trade, maybe even win…

And then I keep going.

Another trade.
Then another one.
Until I give everything back (and sometimes more).

It’s like I know I should stop, but in the moment I don’t.

Does anyone have a real way to control this?

Is it discipline, rules, or something else?
