Strangecvlt scam? Help..
Not really sure if this is the right place for this question… But I placed an order on Strangecvlt’s website earlier this month and haven’t gotten any updated on the order process in the Shop app. I’ve reached out to them 3 different times now and I’m quite upset because I spent almost 70$ for this pair of shoes! (Total of order, the shoes were 50$). I rarely buy new shoes for myself, and I wanted some nice and cute ones for work. I’m very sad because not only do I think I won’t be getting my shoes delivered, I probably won’t get a refund either.
I’ve emailed them twice and sent a google form to customer service since 10 days after no shipping update. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered, and I hope they can redeem themselves.
Does anyone have experience buying from Strangecvlt? Am I using an incorrect form of contact?
If not, consider this a warning, I guess. Long live second hand LMAO
