Hi everyone, I am considering buying a property in Prestige Golden Grove and would love some suggestions from those who know the project or the area. Is it a good place to invest? Also, what kind of rental yield can one expect from this location? The builder has mentioned possession by 2031, which I am fine with, but I would also like to understand how good the resale prospects are if I decide to sell it in the future.
