I’m a junior in HS with a 3.0 gpa UW 2.8 and W 3.0 my freshman year I had 2 Cs (american studies and bio honors) and then a B in english, and a D in honors government
For my sophomore year I had 6 A,s (english 10 honors, Law and Society, Engineer design app, fitness for life, health, and gym) and 2 B,s (1B algebra, geometry) and 2 cs (physic earth science, 1a algebra)
for my junior I had 2 De Classes (i got a c in both)
Ap World: C
Algebra 2: C (retaking in summer projected A)
Health 2: A
Business:B
Sat Prep: C
To explain my freshman grades, I was going thru some of the worst things in life. I was SA, Had to get a job to be financially independent. Then in sophomore year I got was able to fully envelop myself into school so I applied myself way more. Then in junior year I picked up 2 community college classes and had to deal with cutting my abusive father out of my life. I also got a second job too.
I’m doing fully open campus classes my senior year and will be fully Dual Enrollment.
All i’m asking is what route should I take? I plan to do a binding application for NYU and probably either go to cc and transfer to UMD or just go to somewhere in Georgetown.
I want to major in business, i’m mixed with immigrant parents and first gen.
