Sharing my experience with eSIM.net (UK) in case it helps other travellers.
I used their Vodafone Travel eSIM in the USA and experienced repeated blocking of voice and data services. Technical problems can happen, but the frustrating part was the support process.
Over several weeks I opened multiple support cases, tested settings, restarted devices and waited through repeated investigations. Temporary fixes sometimes worked, but the issue returned again.
The latest explanation was that MMS activity may have triggered the restriction. The problem is that I do not use MMS at all – only SMS, voice calls and WhatsApp.
What concerns me most is not the original fault but the difficulty of obtaining a clear technical explanation and a reliable permanent solution.
Curious if others have experienced something similar with international eSIM services.
