also, for people who lose weight easily, how do you time your dress fittings? It's my first fitting since getting my measurements done and since then (2 mos ago) I already lost fat from the body recomp i am doing. ang luwag na sa chest area nung gown ko and they will have to adjust again. the person getting my measurements actually suggested na wag na ako maglose pero i still plan on dropping my body fat % from 27 to 25 para toned na toned ang arms ko sa wedding day 😭 help pls huhu
