employing foreigners
Amidst all the hostility towards foreigners, here and in my home country (US), the city of Yokohama says it will support recruiting and training foreign talent, by small and medium-sized companies, with a June 12 seminar on the subject and subsidies available for some companies. https://www.kanaloco.jp/limited/node/1275163
No idea what the restrictions might be, but at least the city recognizes that foreigners can be an asset.
