So, Ima a huge fond of Kashmiri language as everyone from here should be and actually made a huge effort of promoting it around my relative circle like cousins and stuff who are all below 5 so its easier to do that right now than later and i was actually successful for the most part but my relatively older twin cousins who speak urdu (aged 12) sabotaged this plan as they spend lotta time playing with these toddler cousins and naturally teaching 'em urdu even tho their parents used to talk to em in Kashmiri with a bit of urdu in mix fast forward they grew up speaking urdu with a bit of broken Kashmiri, temn jodwa han chus be asan wanan ke tohe biharow doyow karewe yem shuur tabah. I'd still say like my plan was 50% successful mostly where parents were agreeable. And i ve noticed a trend that its usually these rich families that teach their kids urdu so they could stand out in the class which is dumb. Anyways im still grateful of the fact that 80-90% of my village and adjacent villages teach their kids Kashmiri. I'd be glad to hear your side of the story. Thanks!

I wanted to use this moment to convey this msg that we all are pretty familiar with the current state of the world, how messed up it is and little everyone is doing about it. From Palestine, Lebanon ,Sudan, to Somalia and Kashmir. The negativity is flooding the social media rn about killing and war crimes. But I also wanted to point out the fact that human brains are not usually meant to process this kinda information for too long especially when its this intense. We have to protect our mental peace and strengthen our connection with God. Especially, the women who are more emotionally sensitive and (after all cats alone won't heal all your depression).

Nowadays we've got too much information and not enough wisdom. So we need to connect with our elders more thats where the wisdom comes from

Why do you think after the release of Epstein files there was no revolution at all?

Cuz they are told to separate themselves from their families as soon as they turn 18 or even earlier sometimes. They don't learn the real history from ppl who lived it otherwise they do it from Ghislaine Maxwell's books crafted with fake narratives. Like we were taught in our history books about dogras like it was the golden age of Kashmir 😭

So, protect your own peace ig and dont drown too much in this ocean of media.

Basically media's job is to make other ppl's problem your problem.
