Pelvis Imbalance
66F in U.S. and I’m 8 weeks po for an anterior LTHR. I have terrible pain in my left SI joint and left groin; my PT advises that my pelvis is not balanced and some of my exercises are specific to correct. I’m wondering if anyone else has/had this experience and can advise on how they were able to correct it, and how long it took. It is definitely keeping me from making progress. I just this week walked a mile and thought I would barely make it due to the pain. Thanks in advance!
