if i transfer to ucsc as a junior for fall 2026 but end up not liking it can i reapply for the next cycle as a junior again for UCLA or USC or other colleges even though i would be at ucsc as a junior

if i go to like UC santa cruz as a transfer and and end up not liking it can I just reapply as a junior transfer to other schools like UCLA or USC or is that now how it works?

after failing linear algebra last semester which is a highly important major pre req with a D- i got rescended from ucla, ucsb (resended after emailing), ucb (rejected after appeal), ucsd and 3 other top schools including cornell. I had a 4.0 gpa with stelar extracurriculars and amazing essays. The only place that allowed me to keep admission is Uc davis and Uc merced. i completely give up i have no hope left i might actually end it soon i hate my life. suffered through 3 years of CC for absolutely nothing, at this point i might actually be cursed. only option is to stay 1 more year but mentally i cant do it or i will 100% litteraly go fully mental not even a exageration.
