Business trucks in backyard?
Hey everybody. I live near Audubon and Hess Ln, there is a tree cutting/limb removal business operating from the house behind mine. I have zero issues with the people directly or someone working hard- but these guys are constantly driving a crane and massive trucks and storing them right by my back property fence line. Sometimes they back up a trailer loaded with cut limbs right beside my garage. I’m not even sure if people are living in the home, or if they only use the yard as storage.
I don’t want to sound rude- but I can constantly see/hear these vehicles all day while I work from home. I try to keep a nice and tidy yard, so it’s just something I’d rather not see.
I’ve spoken with the people (they are nice and friendly) before and they said they’d put up a privacy fence. But that was over a year ago now. And when I bring it up again now it’s like they don’t care.
I’ll probably just end up putting a taller privacy fence in my backyard this summer. I’m just curious is this allowed or some type of “business in residential zone” violation? I’m a relatively new homeowner too so not trying to sound like “get off my lawn”😂
