I need help solving this problem with the ATTACK SHARK G800 Wireless Gaming Headset.
No matter how many times I try to do it exactly like in the presentation video, the software won't install. The headphones connect fine and work like regular headphones. Now, when I try to install the software, it won't run. (not even as administrator).
Connect the USB adapter to the PC after the software is downloaded.
Install the software on the PC.
Restart the PC.
With the USB adapter (connected), run the software and start the headphones.
(I've done this procedure 10 times now and nothing works.) I'm getting desperate. Has anyone else experienced something similar?
I saw a post from a year ago about headphones from the same brand but a different model...
