Hi,
I am 27, European and will be working near the Financial District.

I love going out (bars, clubs, cafes, and dinners), as well as meeting new people through activities (sports clubs, chess, etc.). Basically, I’m looking for a young and lively neighborhood with less than a 20-minute commute (walking or by public transport).

My budget should not exceed 1800 CAD, I am fine with a shared flat or a private condo. Your district recommendation for both options would be much appreciated !
