I started on wegovy in June 2024 at 240 I was on it until October 2025. I lost 90. I plateaued at 148. I am 5'6" so my goal weight has been 130. I switched to zepbound in November but had to start at the beginning. So I fluctuated and put on some weight (about 15 lbs) im now starting 12.5 and zepbound has been amazing. Im currently at 140. So hoping to get through this last 10 lbs and maintain it at 10mg. Its been quite the journey but I will never go back to where I was!!
