webcam for a starting streamer

Hello i started streaming like 3/4 weeks ago and i want to put some more visual looks to the stream actually i dont have any webcam or anything like that and i only had png talking but i want to buy something cheap (im poor af) and start streaming with my face is there any recommendations or should i just put webcam from my phone at the start? what is your opinion about it?

Is this season inflated?

Hello i have a question im playing this game for like 10 years or more but i was hardstuck in emerald since 2024 can someone explain to me how i reached master 300 lp now? i mean im abusing APC'S but idk how is that possible that i went that far i know that im playing on eune which is basically worse server but master is still anyway weird for me that im in that rank something switched in my mind set or what?
