Bering Necklace and Watches
Unfortunately, in a short time I ordered to Bering 4 watches, two necklace and one bracelet. I started to use one necklace recently But after using few times,it broke on the part which was close to its lock. After contacting with CS, I was told that they exchanged it. I sent them the necklace back through UPS and guess what I have received May29,2026 a fake necklace without Berring logo and very light?! In fact,very low quality fake necklace with a invoice from them which mentioned is exchanged!! Already, I have complained about it per email, in Germany there's no telephone 📞 to contact. I can buy what I received in Euro 5 from Shein or Temu, probably with much better quality!! I have paid for garbage and now they have cheated me with a fake,low quality,no logo necklace!! Horrible brand and dishonest service. Such a shameful service and product. Even two watches, I have used only after short period of time, it's band on a part have made problem and the other one wich it's band is silicone or something like that it's color has been changed!!To be honest, I ignored to contact them But after my new necklace because broke them I forced to contact. I am really angry with their cheating service and disrespectful service. How dare, that they cheated me through sending a fake necklace which you can buy in few Euro in any shop while I have paid on Action more than Euro 75! And now, it's broken and I have received a fake necklace. How bloody their service could be. I follow the issue to get my right from them.Be careful if you want to buy Bering jewelry or watch. Still I have two Not used new Bering watches which I am afraid to use due to the low quality! Another necklace and bracelet had been sold o someone in low price. I have lost too much money by this brand. See less
